vrushangshah93@gmail.com iQOO 15R is all set to make a debut in the Indian market as a watered down variant of the iQOO 15. For the first time ever, the Chinese smartphone maker iQOO is set to introduce its flagship grade ‘R’ moniker in India.
The upcoming device will be called the iQOO 15R and will be positioned under the recently introduced iQOO 15.

As for the design and first look, the back panel of the device can be seen carrying a square shaped camera island with rounded corners including two sensors. Apart from that, the back panel carries a checkers like design. The power button and the volume rockers can be seen on the right spine.

The iQOO 15R will be introduced on February 24, 2026. The device will be available for purchase on Amazon India and the iQOO e-store, along with select retail stores.
However, the exact details about the availability, colours and more remain under wraps.
iQOO 15R specifications (Expected)
The iQOO 15R is said to feature a 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and may be paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
The device could be backed by a 7,600 mAh battery and may support 100W fast charging. The device may feature IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
In terms of the camera, the device could get a dual camera led by a 200MP main camera with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide angle sensor. For selfies, the device could get a 32MP front camera.
iQOO 15R price in India (Expected)
The iQOO 15R could be expected under Rs 55,000 for the base variant, as per the latest leaks. However, the official pricing remains under wraps at the moment.
