Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 will be held on first week of February where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with students and parents.

The ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’s interaction with the students is aimed at ensuring that the students take the upcoming board and entrance exams in a relaxed manner and stay confident.
This is the ninth edition. First, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with students across multiple locations.

Through this dialogue, students will be able to raise concerns related to exam pressure, stress management, motivation, goal setting, and overall mental health.
PM Modi’s Pariksha Pe Charcha has been held annually since 2018, where the Prime Minister goes live to interact with students, parents, and teachers. The event is held at the onset of exam seasons in the country. Several boards, including the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), will conduct the board exams from mid-February.
More than 4.5 crore students have registered for PPC 2026 so far. Over 28 lakh teachers have also registered for this year’s PPC. As many as 4,19,14,056 students, 24,84,259 teachers, and 6,15,064 parents have registered so far for PPC 2026.
Live Telecast Planned Across TV, Radio and Digital Platforms
For participants who are unable to attend the event in person, extensive live streaming arrangements will be made to ensure nationwide access.
The programme will be broadcast on multiple platforms, including:
- Doordarshan channels such as DD National, DD News and DD India,
- major private television networks.
- All India Radio will also air the event through both MW and FM channels.
- Social media platforms such as YouTube (MoE),
- Facebook Live and
- Swayam Prabha Channels will further widen the programme’s reach.
Schools have been advised to make suitable arrangements to ensure students from Class VI onwards can view the event live.
