Vaibhav Sooryavanshi is all set to appear for 10th Board Examination after heroic performance in U-19 World Cup. Vaibhav has scored 175 runs against England in the final match and India won U-19 title.
Vaibhav is all set to score in Academic pitch as well. Before starting of IPL, He is ready to appear for Board Examination.

Neel Kishore, principal of Podar International School in Samastipur, confirmed the teenager’s participation and made it clear that there would be no special treatment despite his newfound stardom.
“Cricketer Vaibhav Sooryavanshi will appear for the Class 10th board exams at our school. He has received his admit card. There is excitement among everyone, be it teachers, students or parents, for his arrival. However, we have made arrangements with that in mind, as he is still a student and will be appearing for his examination. This is an academic pitch, not a cricket pitch. All the facilities, safety, and security will be the same for all. Exams will start on February 17,” he added.
Vaibhav, who is a student of Podar International School in Bihar’s Samastipur, has completed all the formalities and has also received his admit card for the exams that are set to be held from February 17 to March 11. Due to his commitments for the national team, Vaibhav missed his classes, but the school’s principal, Neel Kishore, said that the institution will ensure that he faces no difficulty.
Vaibhav had a brilliant run in the U19 World Cup and scored 439 runs at an average of 62.71. There were talks about Vaibhav not doing well in big matches, but he busted the myth by delivering an astonishing performance in the final against England, where he played a match-winning innings of 175.
He first made it to the headlines with a 58-ball century for India U19 against Australia U19 in Chennai, the fastest by an India U19 batter in Youth Tests.
During the IPL mega auction ahead of the 2025 season, he secured a deal worth Rs 1.1 crore with Rajasthan Royals, making him the youngest IPL player ever. In the IPL clash against the Gujarat Titans, at the age of 14, Suryavanshi became the youngest T20 centurion.
Starting off his IPL journey with a first-ball six, he became one of the young, emerging stars of the season, with 252 runs in seven innings.
Eyes On IPL 2026
Following his exams, Vaibhav will start focusing to the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 where he will turn up for the Rajasthan Royals. Vaibhav was roped in by the franchise in IPL 2025 for INR 1.1 crores and became the youngest ever to be picked in the IPL.
All eyes will be on Vaibhav Sooryavanshi in IPL 2026 after stupendous performance in U-19 World Cup.
