- Black salt

How to Make Namkeen Sattu Sharbat:
1. Take a bowl of roasted chana, take out its skin and then blend it to a fine powder. You can also use readymade sattu powder.
2. Now you can sieve the sattu powder to separate any lumps or you can directly use it for making the drink.
3. In a bowl add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sattu. For one glass 2 to 3 tablespoons of sattu powder is required.
4. Add 1 glass of chilled water. Chilled water makes the sattu drink tastier.
5. Now whisk it properly or blend it with a blender.
6. Now add ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder, black salt as per taste, salt as per taste, lemon juice as per taste.
7. Now whisk it properly
8. Sattu drink/sharbat is ready to drink.
9. At the time of serving, you can add finely chopped onion and garnish it with coriander leaves. Adding onion will make this drink more nutritious and tastier.
Ingredients for Sweet Sattu sharbat:
- 2 to 3 tablespoon sattu
- 1 glass water
- Mishri powder/sugar/jaggery
- Lemon juice
- Ice
How to Make No Sugar Sweet Sattu sharbat:
1. Take a bowl and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sattu powder.
2. Add 1 glass chilled water
3. Whisk it properly
4. Add mishri powder as per the taste. For making it healthy I have used mishri or jaggery powder, you can use sugar or sugar powder also.
5. Now add lemon juice as per the taste
6. Mix it properly, add 2 to 3 ices in the glass and serve it.
