Wake up early:
Try to wake up early in the morning. Waking up early in the morning will definitely change your life positively. You will get enough time in the whole day for doing all the important work and you will get enough spare time to pursue your hobby or the things you love to do. You don’t have to be in a rush as there will be ample amount of time. This will help you to stay relaxed and calm. To wake up early in the morning, you need discipline only then it is possible.

For waking early in the morning, you have to go to bed early in the night. If you delay your sleep at night, it will be hard for you to wake up early in the morning. There are a lot of benefits of waking early in the morning, so make a ritual to make yourself-wake up early. In the beginning it will be hard for you, but gradually it becomes a habit. Don’t keep a cheat day to get up early as it will break the link and make you lazy again. So be consistent and disciplined and you will see positive changes in yourself and in your life.
If you wake up early in the morning, then you have ample amount of time to do your work, time for yoga or exercise, time for pray to almighty and ample amount of time for yourself. But if you do not wake up early then you have to complete your work in hurry and you feel pressure in doing your work as you have less time and have to complete end number of work so wake up early and complete your work without any pressure.
Eat simple and healthy:
Start eating homemade cooked food. Homemade food is hygienically prepared with clean water and ingredients. You don’t know what restaurants are serving in your plates. Whether it is prepared with hygiene or not, whether the food is free from any preservative or not and whether the food is fresh or not. So, it is safe to have simple and healthy homemade food. It will keep you healthy in the long run.
Avoid having junk food, as it is not good for your body. We all know health is wealth, so why play with your real wealth by eating junk food. If your body will be disease free, you can do anything and everything. But on the other hand, if you are caught by any disease, it will ruin everything and make you defocus in your life and make everything difficult for you. So be very strict with your food, don’t compromise your life by eating unhealthy food.
Small Friend Circle:
Friends are an important part of every one of our lives. But try to keep your friend circle small. If your friend circle is big, then you have to give more time to everyone. If there is any function or party, you have to make special time and be available everywhere. Don’t you think you are wasting your precious time in unnecessary things which will be of no gain. You won’t achieve anything in it.
So, give priority to your precious time, as if this golden time is gone it will never come back. So, live smartly and be a part of a small circle. The less friends you make; the less tension you carry. It’s better to make that one friend who is always available for you, rather than lots of friends. So, keep that one or two right friends with you on whom you can rely on and trust blindly and vice versa.
Daily Exercise :
Healthy body, healthy mind. If your body is fit, it reflects in your overall life performance. If you are sick, then you cannot give your 100 percent to any of your work. So, to be fit, exercise or yoga is a must. We all have 24 hours in a day. From 24 hours we can take out at least 1 hour for our body and by doing so your body will thank you later. We hardly get time to move our body, thanks to 9 to 5 jobs or corporate culture. We do our jobs by sitting for long hours and this is not good for our body.
So that is the reason it is said that do exercise or yoga daily to make your body stretch and get enough movement and oxygen, so that it remains healthy and fit. Walking is also necessary to make the proper digestion process. So at least walk 5000 to 10000 steps to keep yourself fit. It is recommended to take a walk in the early morning. It will help you to provide proper oxygen that our body needs. It will also keep you refreshed throughout the day because oxygen is very necessary for our body. Do breathing exercises also to stay active and refreshed all day.

Meditation:
Meditation is a practice done to calm your mind. By doing it, you will get rid of mental anxiety and stress. Life is becoming stressful day by day and we are defocusing from our work. Stress and anxiety make our productivity level down. Meditation helps in relaxing the mind and it helps in providing mental peace. It makes you focused and concentrated, so overall helping balance professional and personal life.
Balance is very important in life, if you fail to balance both it turns into anxiety and stress, later can lead to depression also. So, make a practice of doing meditation daily. As per your preference you can do it. Try to do it in a peaceful environment to focus properly. Early morning is the best time to do meditation. So, start doing it and make your life focused and peaceful.
Pray:
To be a spiritual person is very important in this stressful era. Spirituality and prayer directly connect us to almighty god and makes our life easy going. Take out at least half an hour for prayers. If you are confused and lost, by doing prayer you will get the right direction. Connecting to God will save you from wrong doings and make you choose the right path.

People are doing so many bad things today; they are not aware that good karma is what we will take when we leave this world. Prayers and connecting to God will always make our mind pure and make us do good karmas. So, practice prayer daily and surrender yourself to God and see how magical their blessings will make your life peaceful and stress-free.
Forget past, live in present work for future:
Past is gone and it will never come back. But sometimes we human beings live in the past. We keep on reliving the same thing which has been done in the past. By doing so we are spoiling our present and hence our future. Always live in the present and try to make it better so that your future becomes better. To shape your future, it’s in your hand.
If you keep yourself in the past, you will never make your future good, rather you will just spoil it. So just forget the past, let go of bad memories or a person, and move on in your life to make your future better. Future is uncertain. We have not seen our future, but we are living in the present which is in our hands right now. So, work accordingly.
You cannot change your past, but you can create your future for sure but for that you have to work in present rather wasting your time about thinking of your past. Just focus on your present and make optimum use of your present and make a better future and live your life and enjoy your life.
Learn new things everyday:
Start learning new things daily. It will help you in overall performances in your life. Developing new skills will help you to get promoted in your life. Today new technology like AI is arising, so we have to update ourselves accordingly. New skills will help us to get confidence and make us look different from the crowd. Sit and search for the thing which you want to pursue that is according to your professional role and start doing it. It will definitely help you to upgrade yourself in your personal and professional career.

Learn from your mistake or failure:
Mistakes are part and partial of life. There is nobody who has not made any mistake in their life.
