Ingredients for mix vegetable Besan chilla batter:
1 to 2 cup of gram flour(besan)
¼ cup curd
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon sesame seed
Chopped green chili(optional)
Salt as per taste
Water as required
1 grated carrot
½ grated beetroot
1 Chopped tomato
1 chopped onion
½ chopped capsicum
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil for cooking
(you can take any of the veggies of your choice available in your kitchen. You can also add sweet corn, boiled green peas or spinach as these veggies also enhance the taste of your vegetable chilla)

How to make mix vegetable besan chilla:
1. Firstly, in a bowl take 1 to 2 cups of besan/gram flour. Add ¼ cup curd. Now add water as required and mix it properly to make a semi thick batter. The consistency should be flowy like semi thick and not too thick.
2. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
3. Now add all the chopped veggies and masalas in the batter.
4. Mix it well
5. Add coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon oil in the batter.
6. Mix it properly.
7. To prepare, mix vegetable besan chilla, heat the dosa pan.
8. Pour one ladle chilla batter on the pan and spread it evenly.
9. Pour 1 teaspoon oil on the top and let it cook from one side
10. Flip it and cook another side
