Elvish Yadav gets relief from Supreme Court in Snake Venom case and Elvish is out of any legal trouble. What is Snake Venom Case that filed against Elvish?
Elvish was accused of using snake venom at rave parties in Noida, according to a formal complaint that was filed on November 22, 2023. Elvish was arrested on March 17, 2024.
The YouTuber had then challenged the Allahabad High Court’s refusal to quash the chargesheet and proceedings. Post this, the supreme court had stayed the trial court proceedings in August last year. His advocate had argued that no snakes, narcotics, or psychotropic substances were recovered from him.
Why has Supreme Court squashed FIR?
As per the ruling given by the bench, in substance collected from the co-accused was not listed as a prohibited substance under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.
Hence, the provisions cited in the case did not apply. With a reference to previous rulings, the court came to a conclusion that the case against Yadav was not legally sustainable and set aside the FIR, chargesheet, and the trial court’s cognizance order.
Further, it was pleaded that, “It is a well-known fact that the applicant is an influential person and appears on several reality shows on television, and inevitably, the involvement of the applicant in the instant FIR attracted great attention from the media. With this order, Elvish is free from any legal trouble.
Elvish says family have harassed for 2.5 Years:
He shared a long video on his Instagram handle celebrating the Supreme Court’s quashing of the snake-venom case FIR, saying he had always believed in the judiciary and maintained his innocence since the beginning, thanking the Supreme Court for upholding justice, and expressing that justice always prevails for those who are not guilty.
He also shared that his family have harassed for 2.5 years without any fault. Even his parents were cried on a national television.

Elvish also shared that who will say sorry for defaming my image and the harassment that his family faced during those 2.5 years.
