Ingredient:
- Chopped spinach
- 1 chopped beetroot
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1-inch ginger
- Lemon juice
- Black salt
- Salt as per taste
- Water
Recipe:
- Take a pressure cooker. Add spinach, beetroot, tomato, carrot and ginger.
- Add 1 glass of water or as required into it.
- Pressure cook it for 3-4 whistle.
- Open the lid once pressure release.
- Let it cool down and then grind it.
- Sieve it.
- Add water if required
- Add salt, black salt as per taste and mix it
